What shipping options are available?

eJuiceBOGO offers flat rate shipping options for your convenience. We can deliver your items via local carriers to your desired U.S. address. Some ZIP codes are, unfortunately, unavailable to deliver to at this time due to carrier restrictions.

What is the average shipping time?

Processing times for shipments are 1-2 business days.

It takes an average of 3-5 business days for delivery of your purchase, depending on location.

What are the shipping charges?

We charge a flat rate of $11.50 domestically. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

What if I get a damaged item or the wrong item?

Please contact our customer services right away in case of any issues at info@ejuicebogo.com.

Hardware policy

All hardware is final sale.
If the device is DOA you may reach out to info@ejuicebogo.com. Be sure to include pictures and video showing the issue. (No EXCEPTIONS). If a pre-approval return is granted we will have the device returned. Once the device has been received back it can take up to 5 business days for a decision to be made. If approved we will re-ship a new device as long as it is in stock or provide you with store credit to go towards future orders. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping cost will only be deducted from gift card amount should the device be found to not be DOA.

What are the available payment options?

eJuiceBOGO accepts credit/debit cards only. No other payment options are facilitated.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout to be used. We are unable to process a discount code after an order has been received, and refunds will not be issued due to a discount code not being applied prior to the order being submitted. Discount codes can be applied prior to the checkout screen through your cart.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

No. Unfortunately, you cannot make any such changes once your order is processed.  All sales are final. 

If the order has left our warehouse and there was an incorrect address, or you would no longer like the order we will request the package be returned to sender.  Once we have received confirmation that the package has been marked returned to sender, we can issue a refund only for the goods not the shipping.  An additional $4 RTS fee will be applied. 

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in your account settings. Also, you can provide a different address at the time of check out. Once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your address.

Under what conditions can eJuiceBOGO change my items?

If you order an item in 120mL, and we only have that item in stock in 60mL, then we can ship you two pieces to fulfill the total requested quantity.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment goes 10 or more business days without carrier scans or movements, we can deem the shipment as lost and offer a replacement order or a refund.
