Keep It 100 Shake turns a vanilla birthday cake milkshake into an e-liquid. It layers vanilla ice cream cake with a sweet, fluffy topping for a party-style dessert you can enjoy on any ordinary day. Keep It 100 formerly sold it as Birthday Shake.
Vanilla cake opens the puff, soft and sweet with a bakery feel. Creamy vanilla ice cream blends in through the middle, and a light, marshmallow-like sweetness finishes the exhale. It tastes like a thick birthday milkshake with a slice of cake blended right in, rich but not cloying.
Shake uses the brand’s high-VG formula for sub-ohm devices and comes in the large 100mL size, so there is plenty to enjoy before a refill is needed. Three nicotine levels are available, from zero up.
