What is a BOGO?

BOGO stands for “Buy one get one”. At eJuice BOGO all of our items are buy one get one, so when you place an item in the cart you are getting 2, increase the quantity to 2 and you’ll get 4 etc…etc…

When will I receive my order?

Orders placed before 3pm Monday through Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 3pm CST will ship the following day, orders placed on Friday after 3pm CST will ship Monday. On average orders take 3-5 business days, no delivery time is guaranteed by the ship method we use which is U.S Postal service Priority mail. If your order is flagged for age verification we will notify you immediately via email, please verify this with us as quickly as possible to not delay shipment. Please check your spam/junk folder for this email and mark as “not junk” or “not spam”.

Do you provide wholesale pricing?

We currently do not have wholesale pricing.

Can I add an item to an order that's already been placed?

Unfortunately we are unable to add items to an order at this time. You would need to cancel the order before it is shipped and re-order.

Do you have international shipping?

Do you have any Discount Codes?

eJuice BOGO does use discount codes but these will be properly displayed either on our website or received via email for any promotions we currently have.  We do have 5% off all new brands for their first 2 weeks of release, we also have “The Deal” which discounts 1 item Monday – Thursday, Super BOGO which discounts a full line of ejuice from Friday – Monday and we offer free shipping for orders 75 and over before tax.

What is BYOB?

BYOB stands for Build Your Own BOGO. We still provide 2 bottles of juice for 1 but with BYOB you can choose two different flavors from a line or 2 different brands in a price point.

What is the Age Policy for buying Vape Items?

local and state laws set the minimum age for purchase at 18, 19, or 21 years old to be legally allowed to buy vape products. Be sure to research your local and state laws to ensure you are legally eligible for our service. If you are below the lawful minimum age for vaping, then you will not be sold any vape related products.

How is my age verified?

In order to create an account, you are required to input your age. For additional security, we then verify that information when you place an order. If you do not hear from us, it means we have successfully verified your age. However, if any issues arise, we will reach out to request proof of age in them form of a government issued ID before we move forward with fulfilling your order.
